I’m a Strategy & Execution Advisor, partnering with PE-backed and growth-stage B2B companies to turn strategy into execution.

I work directly with CEOs and executive teams to build the operational rigor, alignment, and execution cadence needed to scale effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.

Before launching my advisory practice, I spent most of my career as an operator inside B2B SaaS and tech-enabled services companies — from seed-stage startups to unicorns — leading initiatives across BizOps, RevOps, strategic operations, and enterprise transformation. Along the way, I worked closely with leaders across GTM, customer success, product & engineering, legal and finance. Earlier in my career, I worked as a management consultant at BCG, where I developed a strong foundation in structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Today, I bring an operator's perspective to every engagement, helping leadership teams create alignment, accelerate decision-making, strengthen execution, and scale with confidence.
