I'm a Strategy & Execution Advisor, partnering with high-growth and PE-backed B2B companies to close the gap between strategy and operational reality.

I work directly with CEOs and leadership teams, acting more like an embedded operator than a consultant. I diagnose what's getting in the way, build the systems and operating cadence needed to execute, and drive the focus and alignment needed to accelerate value creation. I do my best work when the stakes are high and the path isn't obvious.

My background is operator-first. I spent my career inside B2B SaaS companies, from being part of the founding team at a seed-stage startup to VP-level roles at PE-backed growth companies. Along the way, I led BizOps, RevOps, strategic transformation, and enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering closely with leaders across GTM, professional services, product & engineering, and finance. Earlier, I built my strategic foundation at BCG, advising global companies on strategy, corporate development, and M&A. Together, those experiences gave me more than a toolkit. They gave me the pattern recognition to quickly understand complex environments, identify what's driving performance, uncover what's holding it back, and create clarity where there isn't any.

Today, I bring both perspectives to every engagement — the structured thinking of a management consultant and the hands-on urgency of an operator.

The pressure is real. Boards and investors expect faster value creation. Strategic initiatives stall. AI initiatives are rushed before the foundation is ready. And too often, the advisors brought in to help are too far removed from the work to make a real difference.

That's where I come in.

I work alongside leadership teams as an operator. I get into the work, help surface what's really getting in the way, cut through the internal noise, and break down the silos that slow execution down.

I help leadership align around a focused set of priorities, build the operating discipline needed to execute consistently, and create the momentum that turns strategy into results.
